Flip A Coin

An interesting snippet I found in a periodical that circulates at work.

If in doubt, try tossing a coin when you can’t make a decision. The idea is not to allow the coin to determine your choice but for the outcome of the flip to reveal your gut feelings of disappointment or relief.

  1. That is so true!!! Glad to see your reading well at work, and that there is something of value in it! A friend of mine has a variation-she asks me to make a decision for her-and then either says “Nope, i obviously want to go the other way” or “you are so right” i think that while choice illuminates what we view as important, taking away that choice temporarly, makes the decision we are struggling to make clear.
